The entire trip was so meticulously planned and executed that we did not have even a slightest discomfort. Starting from the airport transfer at Kochi till the drop at Trivandrum things went off very smoothly. All the properties were really good and the rooms offered splendid view.

An icing on the cake was the surprise dinner hosted for us at Fort Munnar. It was really liked and enjoyed by both of us.

The taxi service was also very helpful as the driver”Arun” was more like a guide rather than just a cab driver. He was very helpful and courteous.

Based on discussions with Bhakti during the bookings, we came to know a lot of places that were not popular destinations but were worth a visit (Grindlewald and Mount Rigi in Switzerland). We tried to modify our schedule to incorporate them during our travel and actually those were the places where we enjoyed the most.Bhakti had put us in a hotel close to Champs-Élysées (the mecca of shopping), which saved us a lot of travel time and taxi bills. Moreover, in the 3 day tight schedule in Paris because of close proximity to the shopping area, we could complete our shopping list while not missing on sightseeing.It was a good experience with Bhakti as she could customize the trip to our needs. The overall support on Visa, tickets and documents were excellent which made the overall experience praiseworthy.

Our entire trip to Dubai & Mauritius was very well planned and coordinated. The selection of hotels & the tours, services given by the hotels & operators and the care taken by them was really good. Most importantly there were no hassles in the entire trip. Special thanks to you Sneha for managing the entire show and working so hard for our honeymoon. This is probably the fourth trip planned by you and it has been executed flawlessly. With hope that our next trip will also be coordinated & planned as well as the earlier ones.

I have safely reach BBSR on 21st May 14 with sweet memories of my Singapore Trip.I am glad to post credit to Sneha and team of BBSR eastern travel for nicely organizing our Singapore package trip. We didn’t find any trouble during our journey as well as stay at Singapore . We enjoyed the local tours and stay at Singapore Hotel.

I cannot begin to tell you what a wonderful holiday we had in Vietnam. Thank you so much Bhakti for including Nha Trang in our itinerary – the hotel was amazing and the view of the ocean just spectacular. The people around were so nice. The arrangements were brilliant as always. We were also upgraded in a couple of hotels thanks to you. The Halong Bay was an experience of a lifetime – waking up on the cruise to be surrounded by the countless islands was surreal. We couldn’t have asked for more. Looking forward to you planning many many more holidays for us.
