We approached Eastern Travels for planning and arranging our first holiday abroad to Malaysia. Shruti Bhat helped organize our trip beautifully and was very patient with all our doubts and questions. All aspects of the holiday including the planning, flights, stay and tours were made hassle free and very comfortable and we have enjoyed travelling more abroad than in our own country. No other tour company gives you flights from Kolkata on your chosen dates and this was made possible by Eastern Travels for which I am very grateful. It was very close to the starting point for all the tours and this saved us a lot of Euros in taxi fares. The meals at the hotel were varied and delicious. The tours were very well organized and interesting. One of our opted tours was postponed due to heavy snowfall and we were given another tour choice. The resheduling was handled very well.
